TRICALENDARS.com ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website and provides personalized triathlon training plan PDFs. If you have questions about this policy, please contact us.

2. Information We Collect

When you create a training plan, we collect the following information you provide directly:

• Name and email address
• Race name, race date, and distance
• Preferred rest day and plan length

When you submit a contact message, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.

We do not collect or store any payment card information. All payment data is handled entirely by Stripe (see Section 4 below).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Generate and deliver your personalized training plan PDF
• Process your payment through Stripe
• Send transactional emails related to your purchase
• Respond to contact form inquiries
• Maintain internal records of plan submissions

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Payment Processing — Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. When you click "Purchase Plan," you are directed to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. We never see, receive, or store your credit card number, CVV, or other payment card details.

Stripe may collect and process:

• Payment card information
• Billing name and address
• IP address and browser information for fraud prevention

Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider.

We receive a confirmation from Stripe indicating that payment was completed, along with the email address and name you entered at checkout. This is used solely to unlock your PDF downloads.

5. Email Communications

Transactional emails (such as purchase confirmations) are sent via Resend, an email delivery service. Your email address is shared with Resend only for the purpose of delivering these messages. We do not send marketing emails.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Your plan details (name, email, race info, and payment status) are stored in a private database on our servers. We retain this data to allow you to re-download your PDFs and to maintain purchase records. We do not retain your data longer than necessary for these purposes.

We do not store payment card information at any time.

7. Cookies

We do not set any cookies on this website, and all fonts and assets are self-hosted — no third-party requests are made when you browse our pages. Stripe's hosted checkout page (on Stripe's own domain) may set cookies as part of their fraud prevention and session management, governed by Stripe's own cookie policy.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Note that deleting your data will remove access to your purchased PDFs.

9. Children's Privacy

This Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
